Here is a recent upgrade we carried out at the Land Rover plant  in Solihull, Birmingham. The clients were so happy with the savings in gas and electric consumption that we are currently upgrading their other three boilers with the same system.

All burner and gas train connections on this installation were made with plugs to aid with burner annuals and NDT inspections, to remove the burner electrics you simply have to disconnect the plug reducing mistakes and delays when reconnecting.

The original gas train with lots of pressure switches and wiring replaced with a single pressure sensor for low, high and gas leak detection

All the old antiquated linkage system is removed and replaced with direct drive motors which means combustion control is very accurate and reduces faults caused by seized or worn linkages.
